The Role:
As the Head of IMG Product Development, you will be responsible for driving the development of IMG's product portfolio. This position involves overseeing technical product initiatives, defining requirements, and managing the entire launch process. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between design, supply chain, and production to deliver innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of IMG Product Development, you will be responsible for driving the development of IMG's product portfolio. This position involves overseeing technical product initiatives, defining requirements, and managing the entire launch process. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between design, supply chain, and production to deliver innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development for the IMG brand, with decision-making authority.
- Manage technical product development across multiple global IMG facilities.
- Define product requirements, including user experience and technical specifications.
- Oversee the entire product launch process, from design through market handover.
- Participate in the Product & Innovation Board, reporting on project status and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Drive portfolio optimization and competitive market analysis to keep the product offering forward-looking.
- Foster talent sourcing, retention, and development within the product development team.
- Manage people and budget responsibilities for the IMG product development department.

- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience in product development, including technical requirements and user experience design.
- Expertise in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to optimize product portfolios and lead innovation initiatives.
- Strong market analysis skills, with a focus on competitive product offerings.
- Exceptional leadership experience in talent development and management.
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally to drive product success.
